3D Scanning, Reverse Engineering, CAD Modeling and 3D Inspection
Whether you need to modify an original design, reproduce a no longer available part or bring a brand new one to life, getting complex geometry right the first time saves hundreds of hours and thousands in wasted fabrication.
3D Scanning & Scan-to-CAD
Designing a part to fit around an existing engine bay, suspension mounting points, or interior components are just a few examples of what we do. Starting with a vision for a piece that doesn't exist on the market or an out of production part, we turn ideas and rough sketches into detailed, functional 3D models. We iterate quickly alongside you to refine aesthetics, clearance and integration before anything hits a machine. By capturing accurate 3D scan data of your target area we can model your custom part directly into those real-world conditions.
Reverse Engineering
For obsolete, worn-out, damaged or just factory components that needs recreation or upgrading, we can recreate accurate 3D models from the physical parts—improving weak points, adapting to modern hardware, or preparing them for your specific needs.
-
Share your goals, technical drawings, or target environment (via 3D scan, measurement and sketch data or physical parts).
-
We model your custom part directly into the real-world 3D scan data or accurate dimensional space to guarantee alignment and clearance.
-
We can produce a physical 3D print of your component so you can test fitment on the actual vehicle, check mounting points, and verify real-world ergonomics.
-
After validating the prototype, we finalize the CAD models and deliver production-ready manufacturing files (STEP, IGES, STL, or 2D shop drawings).
